Itinerary

We collect you from your hotel and drive west. The journey takes around two and a half hours with a short stop on the way.

Arrival at the bridge itself. Time to walk across, hear what actually happened here versus what the film invented, and see the river from the middle of the span.

We board the train at Kanchanaburi and travel the most dramatic section of the surviving line, running along the Tham Krasae wooden viaduct with the river directly below. Around one hour on board.

A relaxed Thai lunch at a riverside restaurant. Vegetarian and non-spicy options always available; tell us about allergies when you book.

An hour's drive into the park, then time at the falls. Most guests climb to the second and third tiers, swim, and dry off in the sun. Around two and a half hours here, including the walk.

We leave the park and drive back, arriving at your hotel around 18:00 depending on traffic.
